Bead the Way
“There were a number of young women who really liked beading, but very few of them knew how.”
Funded by the Qarjuit Youth Council, Bead the Way was spearheaded by Kangirsuk local animator and Regional Project Manager, Susieanne Kudluk. This project was designed to help youth in Kangirsuk develop creative skills through weekly workshops on beading and jewellery making, while strengthening economic opportunities for youth in the North.
